Not-so-recent pictures
You might have noticed I haven't blogged in awhile. The reasons for that are many, but I guess the biggest reason is that I haven't had my camera out much lately. The pictures I do take seem to stay on my memory card for an inexcusable amount of time (I have pictures from before Christmas currently on my card). My apologies to everyone.
As pictures have been few and far between, and rainfall has been much, I don't have any really recent pictures of the girls. The ones I am posting today are probably a month and a half old. If the rain ever decides to give us a break I hope to get out to the Arb and take some new ones to go up on the wall, and then I will share those as well.
'Baby' Kate-18 months old
Alyssa Jean-4 years old
Brianna Laura-7 years old (She looks strangely young in this picture, but it is recent, I promise!)
Megan Alliah-10 years old
Madeline Grace-12 years old
Until next time!
Falling off the wagon
My most amazing, wonderfulific husband has recently decided that he is going to lose some weight. He has a really good plan set up for himself-one that helps him to change his lifestyle rather than just putting a bunch of foods on a "Do not eat" list. One of the more recent changes has been to eliminate soda from his diet and he has been doing quite well...
...but then this weekend happened. The ladies and I left on Friday for an overnight visit to Scott and Sara's house to celebrate Andrew's birthday. This is what I came home to-
I have to admit, I laughed. It looked like someone had gone on a drinking binge. Iconfronted approached him and he looked a bit sheepish for a moment, paused, and then stood up straight and informed me he was having a "Man's weekend".
Well, alright then.
